Founders
Co-founder / Technical Director
ETSU KOBAYASHI
With over 25 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise-scale web architecture, he has led multinational development teams across Japan and India.
Throughout his career, he has delivered large system migration and enterprise platform projects for global financial institutions and major corporations in Japan. His core expertise lies in data architecture, system design, and requirements definition for complex, mission-critical systems.
In 2014, he relocated to India to co-found KEMURI Technology, building long-term cross-border engineering partnerships. He currently leads CMS architecture and enterprise web platform delivery for large-scale, high-volume systems in Japan.

YOKO KOBAYASHI
With over 12 years of experience managing cross-border operations between Japan and India, she leads talent strategy, HR design, compliance coordination, and company operations at KEMURI.
As Co-founder, she has supported the development of the company’s operational foundation, facilitating alignment between Japanese and Indian teams while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Her work focuses on practical team integration and cross-cultural coordination.
Prior to her current role, she spent 18 years as a photographer and later founded Phalam Studio in India, an ethical apparel initiative that continues to support women’s employment.
As Co-founder, she has supported the development of the company’s operational foundation, facilitating alignment between Japanese and Indian teams while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Her work focuses on practical team integration and cross-cultural coordination.
